Beginning September 1st, WSA will only be processing debit/credit card or e-check payments from our automated phone line or website. This change is being implemented to increase financial security during bill pay and decrease wait times to reach a customer service representative.
To pay by phone, please call our automated phone line at 855-282-8110. You will need your account number listed on your billing statement. Enter the account number as it appears with no dash. For internet payments, you will need to register your online account with the account number on your billing statement if you have not already done so.
