Meeting Agendas

The Board meets in a voting session the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month to vote on those issues discussed at the work session, to approve the Minutes of the preceding voting session, to receive a monthly Status Report from the Executive Director, and to listen to comments from any participating citizens. All are public meetings, and are held at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Administration Building located at 8763 Hospital Drive in Douglasville.

You are always welcome to attend. If you would like to address the Board about a particular concern of yours, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early. To ensure the meetings are run as efficiently and as smoothly as possible, a meeting procedure is followed. Please review the procedure before you arrive so you’ll be prepared.
