Caring for Our Water and Our Community

WSA In The Community

2024 Spring Open House
WSA Returns to Church Street Farmer’s Market for 2023 Season!

Here at the Douglasville-Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority, we believe “water, environment, and community” are the most important pieces of the commitment we make to our customers and to Douglas County as a whole. Not only do we provide award-winning water, wastewater, and stormwater services 24/7/365, but also educate, support, and give back to the Douglas County community.

As a public entity with no taxing power or government affiliation, we are free to serve our community in the best way we know how -by being there for you and the greater Douglas community. Our knowledgeable Customer Service Department and round-the-clock Dispatch Office is here to make WSA available when you need us, while our Water and Wastewater Plants operate all day, every day, to make sure customers receive reliable services they can depend on.

WSA’s Maintenance Department crews work diligently in all weather to make sure things are “flowing” smoothly while the Engineering Department handles all things infrastructure to ensure that Douglas County has abundant water resources now and well into the future. Beyond our direct impact on your water supply, WSA also provide educational programs, tours, and important information about the water you use each day right at your fingertips on our website.

WSA is here to serve YOU, Douglas County, and we are proud to do so.
