Report a Problem

Need to Report a Problem?

Emergency situations don’t always occur during working hours. Pipes can back up or break at any hour of the day or night, while you’re sleeping or away from home.

If sewage backs up in your home or yard, or you notice your yard has an area which has begun to stay wet all the time, or you see a stream of water running where it shouldn’t be running, you should call a plumber. The water lines and sewage lines that are on your property from the meter up to your home are your responsibility, and the lines that run parallel to your home in the road right-of-way and the meter are WSA’s responsibility. The plumber should be able to determine if the cause of your problem is on your side or WSA’s side.

For problems occurring during business hours, Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., call 770-949-7617.

For problems occurring after business hours, please call 770-942-6633. Please note that this number is for emergencies only and is unable to take calls regarding billing questions or problems.

You may, at some point while driving, notice water running down the side of a street where there is no obvious sign of water use such as someone watering a lawn or washing a car. WSA appreciates the help from the public in these instances. Water leaks waste a tremendous amount of valuable water and money for our customers and for WSA. Please call either the business hour or after business hour numbers above and report the address of the suspected leak.
