Meeting Minutes

It meets in a voting session the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month to vote on those issues discussed a the work session, to approve the Minutes of the preceding voting session, to receive a monthly status report from the Executive Director, and to listen to comments from any participating citizens. All are public meetings, and are held at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Administration Building located at 8763 Hospital Drive in Douglasville.

You are always welcome to attend. If you would like to address the Board about a particular concern of yours, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early. To ensure the meetings are run as efficiently and as smoothly as possible, a meeting procedure is followed, and you should familiarize yourself with the procedure prior to arriving.
