WSA is continuing work on several significant projects around Douglas County to update infrastructure and capacity. The Lee Road water line improvement project, which is being done in conjunction with the Lee Road widening project, is ongoing and will replace 14,500 linear feet of water main and 1,600 linear feet of sewer main. Also in the Lee Road corridor, WSA is also constructing 6,000 linear feet of gravity sewer main to serve the Tax Allocation District (TAD) and is being constructed under a development agreement that includes private funding of 2/3 of the improvements.
